no pepper
I had a delicious lunch at Popeye's a few weeks ago, and as always I grabbed a hand full of pepper packets. These six packets were totally empty... not one speck of pepper between them.

someone should alert quality control!
hey, i just came back from charlie's buger joint on chambers and i, too, dealt with empty pepper packets. either someone at the pepper packet factory is embezzling or black pepper has mystical houdini powers.
