dying cockroach
Although it looks like my poor grandma has fallen on the ground and needs help, really she's just fine. She took the opportunity on Sunday to demonstrate some of her daily exercises, including her favorite (shown here) The Dying Cockroach.
I'm not going to show the picture of her doing push-ups, but let's just say that it now makes much more sense that she had seven children... ewww!

Grandma once beat me in a push up contest. I was 19 or 20 at the time. Sure she was doing "girly" pushups and I was doing "regular", but that's no excuse.
